Quality of Lifestyle: Analysing your nutrition and overall lifestyle, we work with your routine outside the gym, making small, manageable changes. This helps to positively rewire daily habits, creating long-term, consistent results, without feeling overwhelmed.

What to Expect

Inside the Gym: Workouts blend what you enjoy with what you need. I create progressive, goal-oriented programs in advance. If you’re not focused on a specific sport, sessions might include strength, conditioning, functional fitness, HIIT, and core work for a balanced routine.

Outside the Gym: I'm available for advice and motivation anytime. Weekly check-ins and goal-setting keep you on track. Programs are customised based on assessments and consultations and remain flexible to adapt to your changing goals.

My Background

I’ve had the privilege of working with strength athletes in various settings throughout my career, from sports rehab clinics to CrossFit and powerlifting gyms. I now specialise in Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting and offer strength training plans for a variety of sports and everyday lifters.

Alongside private strength coaching, I teach regular group classes in Powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and CrossFit in Peckham at CRANK and The Yard Peckham.

Having trained and competed in strength sports for over a decade, I understand both the mental and physical challenges athletes face like strength plateaus, balancing life and training, and dealing with injuries and setbacks. That’s why I offer personalised strength coaching with long-term goals while adapting sessions to your daily needs. This approach helps keep you strong, healthy, injury-free, and, most importantly, motivated, no matter what life throws your way.
