1:1 Strength Training

Finding what motivates you, helping you train harder, master technique, expose weak points, and build them up with purpose. So you move better, get stronger, and actually enjoy showing up to train consistently, day after day, week after week.

Personalised Coaching Plans

The backbone of it all. A comprehensive plan built around your movement, your goals, and your life. Clear, simple guidance for training inside and outside the Shed, flexible enough to fit your routine and adaptable enough to keep you moving forward when life throws you a curveball.

Nutrition Guidance

Simple, practical guidance to help get you on track toward your goals. When things need to go deeper, I work closely with specialist sports nutritionists to dial in the nitty-gritty for specific performance or body composition goals

Mobility & yoga

Strength isn’t just about lifting heavy. It’s about moving well and recovering properly so you can keep performing. We use targeted mobility and recovery work to improve positions and range of motion, helping you move better under load, train harder, and stay durable long term.

Pricing

1:1 PT – 10 Session Pack £700 | 2:1 PT – 10 Session Pack £800.

Group PT 3+ People – 10 Session Pack £300 Per Person.
