Meet the crew making strength simple at a private gym in Peckham
Leo – After years coaching in busy gyms, I wanted to create a space that stripped away the noise. No crowds. No queues for the squat rack. Just proper focused coaching, solid programming, and a place where anyone – from total beginners to seasoned lifters can feel at home.
Tina – Here to cheer you on and demand belly rubs between sets.
