From humble beginnings as a gazebo keeping us dry during winter lockdowns, I realised how client progress and focus was improved away from the distractions of a busy gym.
The Strength Shed has since evolved into a heated private personal training studio, equipped with a wide selection of functional strength equipment for all your strength training needs. Lovingly overlooked by our mascot Judi Hench.

What to say about Leo and his mighty shed. It's fair to say he was an excellent trainer already without the shed, but having this private little PT studio has been awesome for progress.
The shed is super well kitted out, ready for indoor or outdoor workouts. Straight cardio is covered by a SkiErg (my personal nemesis) and everything else comes out of the brain of the man himself.

In the gym he constantly tests your ability and adapts both the weight and the exercise to ensure the programming is fresh, interesting and results based. Leo records everything to ensure progress is charted and sessions are optimum and he regularly checks in and requests feedback to ensure you and he have the right focus and maximise your session time.
