Absolutely. I provide strength and conditioning personal training to beginners and people of all ages gender, nationality and experience levels, including adults over 60.
Each program is scaled to your current ability and progresses at a pace that builds confidence, technique and strength safely.

I have worked in many areas of the fitness industry in my time from sports rehabilitation clinics and yoga studios to powerlifting and Crossfit gyms. I now specialise in powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, general strength and conditioning, and strength training for adults over 60. Depending on your goals, I incorporate elements of strength, mobility, technique drills, conditioning and rehab work to build a balanced, strong body.
